In late ‘24 I took on a contract role as Creative Director, Digital Experiences for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. Half of the work is entirely in my wheelhouse and the other half is entirely new. Learning and loving it. I feel appreciated and that I’m making a positive impact that is respected.
Salesforce Email Templates:
Email templates developed for distribution via Salesforce to the Court’s thousands of employees. Unique email templates for our Clerk of Court/CEO, Presiding Judge, Court Technology Services Division, Technical Education Team, Recruiting and our HR Leadership.
Goals:
Design templates with a modern and clean aesthetic
Improve the ease and consistency of employee-facing communications
Streamline & simplify multiple threads of communication
Approach:
Using primarily Figma, themes were developed for each as well as common content block options. Templates were crafted with the express purpose of facilitating easy editing by the corresponding departments and to provide employees with easy-to-read emails.
Designs went through multiple rounds of revisions in partnership with division heads, their teams and ultimately the Executive team. Templates are able to address a wide range of tone and content for distribution through Salesforce.
