Blog Blackout, 09.26

I’ve been keeping some kind of blog on this domain or on theMirrorpool.com for a long time - wayback machine has remnants of it going back 25+ (!) years. For the last couple of years I’ve been trying to post monthly here, and kind of failing at that. I put it up on my whiteboard to-do list at the beginning of last year, which has since haunted (or taunted) me with a self-imposed deadline. Hence the cover image with unchecked boxes going back to July (gah!)

This weekend I’ve decided to put it on an open-ended pause. For this site I need to think about what I need/want it to do. It’s become a catch-all of personal, professional, hobby and other content. Too many ideas spread too thin, so time to rethink. I won’t delete this blog content, but the structure and focus of the site is going to get a make-over between now and the end of the year.
